We’re releasing Beta versions of Staffing, our staff selection software, and Tasks, as a part of Calendars and Tasks, starting today (1/5/26). Since these are still evolving, we’re still building out our tutorials as we go, but these links can at lest give you a start! We anticipate these being complete over the course of the spring term.

🐭 The R2 Conference: Early Deadline 1/20! 🐭

Registration and Program Proposals are OPEN! Roompact will be hosting its first multi-day user’s conference in 2026! The R2 Conference is an exclusive experience for Roompact schools that provides a dynamic mix of sessions focusing on high impact practices within residence life and education and how to leverage Roompact’s software, resources, and services to the fullest effect.

🎨 New RA Bulletin Board Competition 🎨

Roompact is holding its annual RA bulletin board contest! This contest is open to student staff (RAs, CAs, etc.) at schools who currently use Roompact’s software on their campus. The door decs must be sent by March 31st at 11:59pm local time to be considered.

The team at Roompact will judge all submissions and choose ten winners. We will publish a post announcing the winners and highlighting all of your amazing entries. Each Top 10 Winner will receive a $50 gift card.
