Area Coordinator
Long Beach, CA
Under the supervision of the Director of Residential Life, the Area Coordinator (AC) is a live-in professional who oversees the daily operations and leadership of their assigned area. The incumbent responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas: Lead to Residential Life Coordinators (SSPII), Resident Assistants (RAs), and Student Assistants (SAs); case coordination centering around student behavior, residential curriculum and community development; and administrative components. The AC also takes responsibility for one of the primary/core tasks of the department (e.g., recruitment, training, RHA, operations, DEI, etc.). The incumbent assists in the overall development and implementation of the Housing & Residential Life operations including the coordination of the residential life staff, programs, services and facilities of the program.
The incumbent provides services that are equitable, inclusive and provide culturally sensitive services that enhance the quality of campus life, retention and graduation rate. This position uses a student centered and equity minded approach in all communication and service efforts.
Salary: The hiring range for this position is $5,540 – 5,800 per month commensurate with candidate’s education, experience, skills, and training.
Hall Director of Ellington Hall
Martin, TN
The Office of Housing at The University of Tennessee at Martin is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Hall Director of Ellington Hall. The Hall Director is responsible for implementing a residence life program that promotes community development and student engagement in the residence halls. Each unit in housing contains anywhere from 260 to 500 students whose demographic is mainly undergraduate students. The Hall Director will focus their position on staff supervision and development, student discipline, program development, property management, and on call response to a variety of situations. The Ellington Hall Director will supervise 6 Resident Assistants and 3 Desk Attendants. This is a full time live in position with a competitive salary, furnished apartment, comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities and a tuition waiver. The expected start date for this position is anticipated to be November 1, 2026.
Monthly Salary: Salary is commensurate with education and experience with a minimum starting salary of $42,671.28. Additional compensation includes a furnished apartment, utilities, comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a tuition waiver.
Coordinator, Student Staffing
San Marcos, TX
The Coordinator for Student Staffing will work to support recruitment efforts throughout the fall, spring, and summer semesters for Resident Assistants (RAs) within Housing and Residential Life. The primary role of this position is to provide support to the Assistant Director for Staff Recruitment. The coordinator will be responsible for managing the undergraduate recruitment, hiring, and re-hiring processes for new and returning candidates. The Student Staffing Coordinator will assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding experience for RA staff, including RA Information Sessions and RA Kickoff.

Coordinator, Living Learning Communities
San Marcos, TX
| The Coordinator for Living Learning Communities (LLCs) will work to support the unit and aid in the complete process of the living-learning recruitment cycle and placement. This role will also collaborate with academic units, faculty advisors, and student success services to provide a robust, integrated living-learning experience within the residence halls. The Coordinator for LLCs will manage campus-wide events and engagement opportunities for living-learning community and theme housing, in line with the student success and residential engagement model framework. Additionally, this position will support LLC outreach efforts through initiatives such as Bobcat preview days and various timeline communications and reminders. This position will report to the Assistant Director for Living Learning Communities in the Residential Experience unit within the Department of Housing and Residential Life at Texas State University. |

Assistant Director of Housing Operations

Reporting to the Director of Housing & Residence Life, the Assistant Director of Housing Operations will provide leadership to departmental administrative operations and service delivery. Housing & Residence Life oversees more than 25 residential facilities which accommodate approximately 3,000 residential students. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Assistant Director of Housing Operations will work with directing the room and apartment assignment processes, move-in/move-out processes, policy/procedure development, housing software initiatives, training/implementation of customer service standards, service center operations, mail/package services, housing key management, document retention, assessment, etc. This position will work collaboratively with the Housing staff and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and priorities.
Salary: $67,000 – $72,000
Coordinator Student Support
Stillwater, OK
The Coordinator for Student Support is a full-time professional staff member who leads the residential conduct process and promotes a culture of accountability, learning, and student well-being. This position ensures the fair and consistent administration of the residential conduct process in accordance with the Oklahoma State University Student Code of Conduct and Housing & Residential Life policies. The Coordinator partners with campus stakeholders to support student success, develop residence life staff, and foster an inclusive residential community where students can learn, grow, and thrive.
Salary: $46,200 – $63,000
Student Leadership Coordinator
Norman, OK
Student Leadership Coordinator (SLC) supports the development and implementation of residential leadership initiatives, including student housing organizations and select campus-wide programming. This position serves as the primary advisor to the Residence Hall Association (RHA) and all Community Councils (CCs).
The SLC supervises one graduate staff member and advises approximately 45 student leaders, supporting their leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and programmatic initiatives. Responsibilities include advising student organizations, coordinating recruitment and training processes, managing organizational budgets and purchasing processes, and supporting programming and engagement efforts across the residential community.
The SLC contributes to Housing & Residential Life through participation in departmental initiatives, committee service, and collaboration with campus partners. This position has a variable schedule and requires evening and weekend availability to support student organization activities. This is a full-time, 12-month, live-off position.
Compensation: Targeted Salary $50,000 annually, based on experience
