Coordinator Student Support
Stillwater, OK
The Coordinator for Student Support is a full-time professional staff member who leads the residential conduct process and promotes a culture of accountability, learning, and student well-being. This position ensures the fair and consistent administration of the residential conduct process in accordance with the Oklahoma State University Student Code of Conduct and Housing & Residential Life policies. The Coordinator partners with campus stakeholders to support student success, develop residence life staff, and foster an inclusive residential community where students can learn, grow, and thrive.
Salary: $46,200 – $63,000

Student Leadership Coordinator
Norman, OK
Student Leadership Coordinator (SLC) supports the development and implementation of residential leadership initiatives, including student housing organizations and select campus-wide programming. This position serves as the primary advisor to the Residence Hall Association (RHA) and all Community Councils (CCs).
The SLC supervises one graduate staff member and advises approximately 45 student leaders, supporting their leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and programmatic initiatives. Responsibilities include advising student organizations, coordinating recruitment and training processes, managing organizational budgets and purchasing processes, and supporting programming and engagement efforts across the residential community.
The SLC contributes to Housing & Residential Life through participation in departmental initiatives, committee service, and collaboration with campus partners. This position has a variable schedule and requires evening and weekend availability to support student organization activities. This is a full-time, 12-month, live-off position.
Compensation: Targeted Salary $50,000 annually, based on experience

Community Director
Winston Salem, NC
The Community Director (CD) is responsible for establishing and sustaining positive residential communities that embolden the motto and mission of Pro Humanitate through practices of experiential learning, community service, and student behavior management. The Community Director is an educator who works to develop and coordinate residential communities of approximately 400 – 600 undergraduate students. The CD works to expand and heighten the intellectual climate and culture of Wake Forest through co-curricular initiatives, mentorship, faculty engagement, curriculum implementation, and the management of a comprehensive residence life and housing program that serves 4000+ on-campus students. As a live-in staff member, the CD is a full-time, twelve-month position that reports directly to an Assistant Director of Residence Life and supervises 15 to 26 Resident Advisers. Due to CDs being the primary professional staff members available in the residence halls for student contact, some evening and weekend time working with students is required.
