Another academic year has begun! Check out the new updates we’ve released since the summer.
Training
At the end of September, we held a virtual training for staff members who were either new to Roompact, or for current staff who needed a refresher. This training goes over all Roompact features from beginning to end. If you missed it and would like to watch, we’ve made the video available on our support portal.
Software Updates
MORE Organization Settings
We’ve added even more Organization Settings building off those released in the summer. You can now turn off Message Center entirely by staff level, or selectively turn off the ability to send text messages. You can also control access to Account Management.
We also released a number of small features over the summer, including QR codes in forms, per-question permissions, and links between Attendance and Events. ICYMI…
RA360: Resources for Student Staff
RA360 has fully launched! RA360.org is a page that pulls together 40 resources pages covering topics, competencies, and skills to help your student staff.

RA Poster/Advertising Competition
Roompact is holding its annual “poster” contest! This contest is open to student staff (RAs, CAs, etc.) at schools who currently use Roompact’s software on their campus. The posters must be sent by December 15th at 11:59pm local time to be considered.
Each Top 10 Winner will receive a $50 gift card of their choosing from Giftcards.com.*
*Excluding Visa/Mastercard debit cards
The team at Roompact will judge all submissions and choose ten winners. We will publish a post announcing the winners and highlighting all the amazing entries..
