Responsible for the management of a 300 to 430-bed residence area. Supervises 8-12 student employees. Oversees all aspects of building operations including community-building efforts, facilities issue liaising, occupancy data management, and other needed functions. Completes departmental assignments, administrative tasks, training and leadership responsibilities, and provides high-quality customer service.
