Community Director
Winston Salem, NC
The Community Director (CD) is responsible for establishing and sustaining positive residential communities that embolden the motto and mission of Pro Humanitate through practices of experiential learning, community service, and student behavior management. The Community Director is an educator who works to develop and coordinate residential communities of approximately 400 – 600 undergraduate students. The CD works to expand and heighten the intellectual climate and culture of Wake Forest through co-curricular initiatives, mentorship, faculty engagement, curriculum implementation, and the management of a comprehensive residence life and housing program that serves 4000+ on-campus students. As a live-in staff member, the CD is a full-time, twelve-month position that reports directly to an Assistant Director of Residence Life and supervises 15 to 26 Resident Advisers. Due to CDs being the primary professional staff members available in the residence halls for student contact, some evening and weekend time working with students is required.

Residence Life Coordinator
Norman, OK
Reporting to the Assistant Director for Residence Life, Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) will provide leadership for an undergraduate residential area. This is a full-time, 12 month, live-in position. The RLC supervises the operations of a residential housing facility that will be home to approximately 600-1000 students. Areas of responsibility include supervision of undergraduate and graduate staff, administration, customer service, student support, on-call duty, and crisis management. This position will be responsible for helping create, implement, and evaluate community curriculum.
Salary: Targeted salary: $43,000 annually, based on experience

Senior Resident Director
Berkeley, CA
The Senior Resident Director resides within Residential Life and is charged with providing support to the academic mission of the University by contributing to students’ out of classroom learning. The incumbent oversees a residential area of undergraduate students, supervises 8-12 live-in student staff, and is responsible for the execution of the Residential Student Experience model. The SRD is involved in planning, developing, implementing, and assessing programs, activities, and processes for residential students. The SRD addresses sensitive and emergency situations within the residential community, including students of concern, conduct violations, mental health, and community impact. The SRD provides second-level incident response as part of an on-call rotation. The SRD maintains relationships with departmental, divisional, and campus partners.
Salary: $65,500 per year

Residential Conduct Coordinator
Berkeley, CA
In Residential Life, this position is charged with the execution of the programmatic and day-to-day operations for Residential Support and Community Standards at the University of California, Berkeley. Responsible for providing support to the academic mission of the University by contributing to students’ out-of-classroom learning and support. Manages student services for residents using knowledge of learning and student development theory, counsels students. Involves planning, developing, and implementing activities and processes for students in their co-curricular life at the university, including residential life, community support and engagement, student conduct, sexual violence and sexual harassment, and other areas. The Residential Support and Community Standards portfolio includes: residential conduct/restorative justice/community standards, supporting students in crisis, supporting student safety, managing isolation and quarantine, ensuring compliance with local/federal laws and regulations, and maintaining campus partnerships.
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

Coordinator for Student Learning (Multiple Positions)
Amherst, MA
The Coordinator for Student Learning will provide leadership for academic support, wellbeing and first-year student transition initiatives in residential communities.
Develop, implement and assess student learning initiatives focused on the academic success and wellbeing of first-year students within the framework of the residential curriculum. Supervise academic support and success services delivered through assigned Residential Academic Success Centers located in first-year communities.

The Residence Director is responsible for leading the overall student experience within residence halls including student learning using a curricular approach, student support and wellbeing, staff supervision and development and response to a range of complex student and staff concerns.
