2024 has been a great year to work with our Roompact campuses. We really value all of you who have invested in us and made our company, and our software, better. So let’s take a look back at 2024 and a look forward…
Looking Back
On the software front, we added per-question permissions for Forms, we connected the Events and Attendance modules, we expanded your Organization-level settings, and we added even more Insights Reports.
We continue to contribute useful content to our field. We launched RA360.org, a page that pulls together 40 resource pages covering topics, competencies, and skills to help your student staff. We continue to release articles and podcast episodes at a furious pace. We launched a revamped pro staff and student staff support portals. We’re non-stop.
We had an amazing meet-up at ACPA’s ICA with a fantastic turnout — our biggest yet. I love working with all of you virtually, but when we’re all together in a big group, that is so impactful. It’s a moment for our team to pause and see all of you in real life. It fills our hearts and pushes us to aim even higher in everything we do. We have even bigger plans for next year’s partner meet-ups (plural), and we’ll be in touch when we finalize those plans.
Looking Forward
In 2025, we’re going to launch a brand new feature that will allow you to plan and assign the work that your department does. It will give you the power to optimize your departmental organization to a new level. We’re also going to revamp some of the resident-level pages and interfaces within our software.
We’ll continue to build out more training material and more industry-wide content. We’ll work on expanding our in-person offerings. And, toward the end of the year, we plan on launching a completely new initiative to support our clients and to contribute to our field. I don’t think any other company has done anything like it. And I couldn’t be more excited about it.
Roompact is here to stay. We love what we do. We love the people we work with. We couldn’t be any luckier. We’re going to dive even deeper into Residence Life and Education, and we couldn’t do any of this without you. It’s been 11 years so far, and I look forward to the next 11 years. We always strive to improve one day at a time, and when you add the days into decades, there’s a lot we can accomplish together. Thank you!
