Well-intended Expectations, Unintended Consequences: Exploring Black RA Experiences at PWIs [Webinar Recording]

Recognizing that Resident Assistant (RA) roles are campus employment opportunities with attractive compensation, these positions often draw in students who come from historically underrepresented racial and socioeconomic backgrounds.
