Intentional Conversations (or Interactions) are an integral strategy for student engagement and learning for many residence life and education departments. This webinar will review the what’s, why’s, and how’s about how your department can implement effective intentional conversations for your students. It will review options on how to structure the conversations, train staff on executing them, and how to design effective assessments as a part of an overall strategy. The webinar will also demonstrate how to leverage unique Roompact software features to make this process easy and more effective. A sample double loop execution and assessment process roadmap will be provided.
