If you require your staff members to program to specific categories, we’ve got you covered. You can add custom categories for your programs to better track what’s occurring and who’s conducting what type of program. Staff can select one or more categories when proposing a program.
Supervisor Approval Queue
When your staff members submit a program for supervisor approval, we handle this process for you automatically. Once submitted, supervisors can approve, deny, or revise any proposal. After the program date has passes, the program will switch to “pending assessment” prompting staff members to complete their follow up report.
Program Idea Database
With all of your programs in one database, staff members can see what they’ve proposed, what others in their areas have proposed, or what staff from all across campus are doing. This database is accessible year-over-year too, so you’ll never be short on inspiration for your next event.

Roompact’s attendance tracking tool allows you to log resident attendance in three ways:
- By resident scan of a QR code
- Through manual logging
- By spreadsheet uplaod
You can also automatically send residents links to resources and follow-up surveys after they log their attendance.
